SSC Hindi Translator Examination 2014

Junior Hindi Translators (in Subordinate Offices) and Hindi Pradhyapak (Central Hindi Training Institute) and Senior / Junior Translators in Ministry of Defence Examination, 2014

Commission will hold a Combined All India Open Examination on 08/06/2014 for recruitment to the posts of Junior Hindi Translators (in Subordinate Offices) , Hindi Pradhyapak in Central Hindi Training Institute and Senior/ Junior Translators under Ministry of Defence. The Examination will comprise of a Written Examination followed by Interview.
  • Junior Hindi Translators (in Subordinate Offices) in the pay scale of R. 9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- , in various Central Government Ministries/ Departments / Offices.
  • Senior Translator in the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4600/- in Ministry of Defence.
  • Junior Translator  in the pay scale of R 9300-34800 with Grade Pay R 4200/- in Ministry of Defence.
  • Hindi Pradhyapak  in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay R. 4800/- in Central Hindi Training Institute (D/o Official Language) located all over India.
Age : 30 years as on 01/01/2014.

Fee : Rs. 100/- in the form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps available at Post Office. No fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates.

Closing Date : The last date for receipt of application in the commission will be 18/04/2014. For those candidates who are living in remote areas, the last date will be 25/04/2014.

COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICES EXAMINATION 2014

The Union Public Service commission will hold the Combined Medical Services Examination 2014 on 22nd  June, 2014. The examination will be held at various centres across the country.

  • Age Limit : Candidates must not have attained the age of 32 years on 1st January, 2014. Relaxation in the upper age limit as per Govt. of India rules.
  • A candidate must have passed the written and practical parts of final MBBS Examination.
Fee : Rs. 200/- to be paid in any branch of SBI by cash or by usinf Net Banking facility of SBI, SBBJ, SBH, SBM, SBP SBT or using Visa/ Master Credit / Debit Card. SC/ ST/ PH/ Women candidates are exempted from payment of fees. OBC candidates are required to pay full fees.

Engineering Services Examination - 2014

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will hold the Engineering Services Examination, 2014 from 20th June, 2014 for recruitment to the approx. 582 posts (PH-24) of Indian Engineering Service. The Examination will be held at various centres across the country.
Categories :
  1. Category I - Civil Engineering
  2. Category II - Mechanical Engineering
  3. Category III - Electrical Engineering
  4. Category IV - Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
Eligibility:
  • Age : Not less than 21 years and not more than 30 years as on 01/01/2014. The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.
  • Educational Qualification: Candidate must hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent. Provided that a candidate applying for the posts of Indian Naval Armament Service (Electronics Engineering Posts) and Engineer Group A in Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing/ Monitoring Organisation may possess M.Sc.Degree or its equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as a special subject. Candidates who qualify on the results of the written part of the examination will be summoned for personality test.
  • Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.
Fee: Rs.200/- either by remitting the money in any Branch of SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India/State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ State Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/ Master Credit/Debit card.. SC/ ST/ Female / PH candidates are exempted from payment (OBC candidates required to pay full fee).
